    So I’m in micro mode and turn my attention tom these little yellow discos in my collections. Carefully dissecting the cup, documenting as I go, I finally get it under 1000x. There are septate spores in the asci. DUH! Bisporella citrina!

    Looking at the images the spores should be ovoid, mine are fusiform.

    Stumped or TMM (Too Much Micro)

  2. Of course, it WAS B. citrina. The spores in the asci appear a bit attenuated at their ends.
